    Refund policy

    Returns management and right of withdrawal

    Article 1: Right of Withdrawal

    Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments, concerning the protection of consumers in contracts concluded at a distance,  Lovingitalianfood informs the customer about the management of returns and the right of withdrawal

    1.1 Terms of withdrawal 

    a) the Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the ordered goods for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty;

    b) only the customer who purchases the goods for purposes unrelated to his own economic and working activity can exercise the right of withdrawal, providing his tax code and not the VAT number for billing;

    c) the right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer, within the term referred to in point a), by means of communication a Lovingitalianfood by email to info@Alimentum.com

    The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases, pursuant to art. 59 of Legislative Decree 21/2014:

    • order of products made to measure or clearly personalized;
    • order of Products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
    • order of sealed Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection or that have been opened after delivery.

    1.2 Content of the declaration of withdrawal 

    The declaration of withdrawal communicated by the customer must necessarily contain:

    1. a) the clear and precise reference to the order for which the withdrawal is to be exercised;
    2. b) the express declaration of the Customer's will to withdraw in whole or in part from the purchase contract;
    3. c) the description and code of the products to which the intention to withdraw refers;
    4. d) in case of reimbursement, the same will take place according to the means used for the payment, unless otherwise agreed between Lovingitalianfood and the Customer

    1.3 Notification of withdrawal

    The Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a specific declaration to Lovingitalianfood. by email to info@Alimentum.com within the deadline.

    1.4 Customer Obligations

    The Customer undertakes to preserve and guard with the diligence of a good father of the family the products for which he intends to exercise the right of withdrawal, keeping them intact in the appropriate original packaging together with all the accessories and documentation they are supplied with.

    1.5 Return of the goods

    The Customer undertakes to return the products for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised at his expense no later than 15 days from the communication of his intention to withdraw. The products must be shipped to the address communicated by Lovingitalianfood following the manifestation of the right of withdrawal.

    The return of products that are not intact, damaged or missing components and / or accessories, including documentation, may not be accepted by Lovingitalianfood, which will return the goods to the Customer with an increase in transport costs. In such circumstances, the Customer will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal.

    1.6 Refund

    Lovingitalianfood will refund the customer the value of the products for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised within 14 days of receipt of the goods, including any shipping costs. The shipping costs for the return are entirely borne by the customer.

    The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless the latter has expressly requested a different method. In case of bank transfer or cash on delivery, the Customer will be responsible for providing the bank details on which to obtain the refund (account holder, name and address of the Bank and IBAN).

    1.7 Damage and deterioration

    Under no circumstances will the Customer be able to exercise the right of withdrawal if the goods are damaged and / or deteriorated.

    If the product you want to return has already been consumed / partially consumed, or opened or in any case no longer suitable for sale, please contact the manufacturer himself as we cannot accept this type of returns.

     Article 2: Return

    Refund or free replacement guarantee for defective products or products that do not correspond to requests.

    No claim can be taken into consideration after 14 days from receipt of the goods and if the material is not returned in its original packaging.Should these requirements fail, the goods will be returned to the sender carriage forward. However, it is understood that the guarantee on the products can only be that offered by the Manufacturers, Lovingitalianfood not assuming any additional responsibility. Pursuant to the D.P.R. n. 472 of 14/08/96, the returned material must necessarily be accompanied by a transport document containing the number and date of the document relating to the disputed product. For anything not expressly provided for in these general conditions, the rules of the Civil Code will apply. Lovingitalianfood, reserves the right to make any changes to the original commercial proposal without any commitment or notice.
